Imagine the calmer home

Imagine your home full of connection, not constant screen time battles.

No more daily fights about the iPad. Mealtimes that feel connected, not fragmented. A teen who's still allowed to be a teen, but who actually knows how to put the phone down. A home with clear rules and warm relationships, instead of guilt and guesswork.

That's not a fantasy. It's what the Tech Diet and Dolphin Parent style produce when you apply them, even imperfectly, over a few weeks. Your child doesn't need a perfect parent. They need a confident one with a plan.

Common questions

Answers to the questions parents ask most.

How long does the program take?

The video content is 1.5 hours across 10 modules. Most parents finish in one focused weekend, or one module per evening over two weeks. You have lifetime access, so you can pace it however works for your family.

What ages is this designed for?

The program is built for parents of children ages 2 to 18. The Tech Diet framework and Dolphin Parent style apply across ages. Specific modules cover the "delay, delay, delay" approach for younger kids, plus AI, social media, and addiction risks for tweens and teens.

Is the certificate accredited?

The certificate is a Certificate of Completion issued by Future Ready Minds. It is not a clinical or continuing education credit, but many parent groups, PTAs, and faith communities use it to recognize parents who have completed the program.

What if my child is already addicted?

Module 9 (Resetting Healthy Tech Habits) and Module 10 (Technology Addiction & Sextortion) cover exactly this. The program teaches the three Cs of addiction, withdrawal expectations, the KEYS conversation method, and when to seek professional help. Many parents start the program at this stage.

Do I need any special tech to watch?

Just a phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV with internet. The program is hosted on Kajabi, so you sign in once and stream the videos and download the workbooks from any device.

What if I don't love it?

We stand behind the program with a 14 day refund guarantee. If the first few modules don't deliver, email us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Is there a version for teachers?

Yes. The Healthy Tech Solution is offered in two editions, one for parents (this page) and one for teachers and educators. Both share the core neuroscience and Tech Diet framework. The teacher edition adds classroom specific tools and discussion guides. View the teacher edition.

Can my school or workplace purchase access in bulk?

Yes. Future Ready Minds offers bulk licenses for schools, PTAs, companies, and faith communities. Contact us for group pricing and white labeled certificates.
